Murcia is a now popular holiday destination serviced by Alicante and San Javier Airports. There is a high demand ffor quality accommodation in the area which will guarantee a good return on your investment
The income from your property will be credited to your account at the end of the month. Rental income is set annually and varies according to the type of property and it is also paid net of all maid and laundry charges
We will inform you by email once we have a confirmed rental booking for your property however, should you wish us to make a booking of your own we would advise you to contact us to confirm availability.
As a property owner, you should be aware that you will be obliged to meet the standing costs of your property for utilities i.e. electricity, water, general repairs, maintenance etc. All owners are responsible for declaring any income generated from rentals to the Spanish Tax Authorities.
An inventory will be carried out before letting your property and obviously if there are any amendments or additions made by you, we request that you let us know in advance. Your property will be inspected for any damage or breakages after each letting and a minimal amount of wear and tear should be expected.
We would ask you to provide two sets of bed linen, towels and pool towels for each occupant. Your house will be given a weekly clean for each rental.
We recommend that any personal items and valuables are stored in a locked cupboard.
